Having newly moved to California from Vancouver, Canada. I am eager to bring my years of experience in geriatrics and people with disability in community setting or LTC. In my previous role at Vancouver Coastal Health Transitional unit as a LVN, I developed a strong knowledge base and well-practiced skills for delivering client-centered medical attention. I work closely with a team to provide excellence in nursing care for geriatric clients.
