My name is Neo, a 28 years old South African female. My love for children is a natural kind. I have cared for kids (preemies to preschool). It fascinates me to see newborn babies growing into unique individuals. Seeing them discover their potential as they grow. Kids are so innocent, adorable and admirable. The aura of a child in any family is beautiful.

Neo was a wonderful addition to our family! She helped out with my 3-month old son when I returned to work and was an absolute delight to have in our home. She was attentive, comforting, compassionate and our son adored her. She took him on long walks and outings to the parks and helped around the house when during naps. I would absolutely recommend Neo to any family looking for help with their infant. 

Neo’s very punctual and never missed and a day of work. Throughout her time with our family, she was loving, understanding and supportive to our kids and their needs! They still ask about her and she’ll always be a part of us!

Cancelled 2 days before beginning a long term nannying job.  We spoke to her 2 weeks ago and gave her our address, she said the location was no problem and that she was excited to work for us.  Messaged us Sunday for the job she had agreed to begin Tuesday saying that she was no longer able to take the job because of the location.  Unreliable and totally inconsiderate.   

Neo is a true gem of a perosn. We’ve had the great fortune of working with her and are thrilled to have her in our lives. Neo watches our 6-month old, she reads to her, takes her on walks, does feeding and tummy time. She also watches our 3.5 year old on occasion and is friendly and affable while also ensuring that the kids follow our schedules and structures. 
Neo is someone who has a very clear understanding of working with families and really supports your families norms and expectations while also bringing genuine joy and humor into the lives of everyone. I speak for all the people in my household when I say we are ecstatic to have found Neo and look forward to continuing to have her as part of our care network and community for the foreseeable future. We were incredibly fortunate to have Neo as our au pair this past year, taking care of our 1-year-old. From the moment Neo joined our family, it was evident that we had found someone truly special.
 
Neo demonstrated exceptional care and dedication to our child's well-being. Her genuine love for babies and nurturing nature created a warm and loving environment that our little one thrived in. 

Neo is such an amazing caretaker for our little ones! She is extremely responsible and treats my kids as her own. She goes above and beyond to give them what they need and is truly magic at getting my youngest to sleep.  Highly recommend! 

In the first 10-minutes of meeting my 1.5-yo and 2-yo, Neo established excellent rapport with them and changed two poopy diapers without any tears. She cleaned and picked-up as she played with the boys throughout the day, and even soothed my 2-mo and fed her a bottle.

It is evident that Neo is a very experienced babysitter and cares for the saftey and wellbeing of kids across the board. She is intelligent, kind and confident, and a joy to have around. Since meeting her, I have used her to babysit multiple times and have been consistently impressed with her work.
