It fascinates me to see newborn babies growing into unique individuals. Seeing them discover their potential as they grow, brings joy to my heart. Babies are so adorable and admirable. The aura of a baby in any family is beautiful. Their energy is all love! Who wouldn't want to be around such a magical spirit?!! Haha, I hold a Psychology degree and I worked as an Au Pair here in United States for the past 2 years. I also worked at a day care for a year before taking a teacher's assistant position at a pre school back in South Africa. Being an Au Pair has given me invaluable practical growth and applied knowledge of best work ethics and trends necessary to succeed in child development. I use apps, buses and walking to get around. Neo is a true gem of a perosn. We’ve had the great fortune of working with her and are thrilled to have her in our lives. Neo watches our 6-month old, she reads to her, takes her on walks, does feeding and tummy time. She also watches our 3.5 year old on occasion and is friendly and affable while also ensuring that the kids follow our schedules and structures. Neo is someone who has a very clear understanding of working with families and really supports your families norms and expectations while also bringing genuine joy and humor into the lives of everyone. I speak for all the people in my household when I say we are ecstatic to have found Neo and look forward to continuing to have her as part of our care network and community for the foreseeable future.
