KB

KB provided wonderful care for our almost 1 year old over the course of about three months. She was reliable and responsive to the needs of our child and was great at changing up activities or providing a change of scenery to keep her engaged (walks, outings to nearby restaurants). She kept great notes and always provided a helpful recap of their day together. 

KB is reliable and flexible, very good with communication. She cared for our infant girl for several months and we enjoyed having her around. She was quick to give a thorough summary about the day, and always came prepared!

We hired KB as a full time nanny for my then 4 month old. KB cared for my daughter until she was 10 months old when we decided to go a different route for care for her. She is patient, caring and very responsible. My daughter loves her and missed her for weeks after we transitioned her out. KB is very flexible and  was able to help multiple times when I needed by coming in early, staying late, helping with work around the house, anything I needed to manage work (I work from home) and the baby. KB checks in with you on and takes care of the baby like you want to, and does not force her thoughts on you. That said, she has always suggested things to us that have been VERY helpful - she suggested a sleep training contact and we are so thankful we used that, she also recommended toys to help the baby learn and grow which were a huge hit with her, she got some finger food for the baby and asked us if we would like to try it to get the baby started on the pincer grasp. Loved the initiative and the interest she took in the baby but also not imposing her thoughts. She is safe and responsible and I always felt safe leaving the baby with her. I would highly recommend KB as a nanny for your little one if you are looking for a trustworthy, caring and loving nanny.

KB watched our one year old daily starting at about 10 months. She was such a joy to him, and he was always very happy to see her arrive. She played and sang with him, took him outside every day,  and held him to nap when he needed it. She is very reliable,  amazing with babies, and was so, so helpful!

Kevin came to watch our 5-month old a few times and she was wonderful. Punctual, patient and always made sure to communicate with us around scheduling. She liked to play music for our daughter and created a fun and easy-going environment for her.

When a care giver called me the day before to say she couldn't start work, KB was the only care giver on Care.com that actively worked with me to help me out last minute.  She was very responsive and kind and honestly gave me hope when I was freaking out.  She just made my day better that she actually cared and took time for me.

KB provides part-time childcare for our 6-month-old daughter. I love that she's creative in her play time, bringing music and small drums for the baby to explore. She's flexible with our needs and very easy to work with.

KB is great! She's great with the kids (2 and 4) and very dependable. She also kept the house picked up which is always amazing to come home too. She helped us on multiple occasions and we plan to keep her number as long as she will let us! Thanks so much KB!

Applied to a job, scheduled an interview and didn't bother showing up to it. Gave three conflicting excuses for missing it.

We have known KB for 6+ years.  She first cared for our children in the church nursery.  Now she is our before school nanny.  She gets the boys going each morning, with breakfast, and drives them to school.  She is thoughtful and consistent.  She handles concerns with grace and compassion.  We also have a young dog with whom she has been patient and kind.  KB has been a blessing to our family. 

I have known KB for 6 years.  She works with the children in our congregation as well as caring for my two daughters.  She is always prompt and responsible.  When she watches my two children she always makes sure to ask about what needs my children have for the night and I know that she will take care of those needs.  KB is also thoughtful and kind.  KB also brings various games or books along with her that she knows my girls will enjoy.  My girls have a great time with KB.   It is a win-win for our family when I find a sitter I can trust and my girls love being with her.  KB would be a gift to your family.

KB is a wonderful caregiver and works best with the younger ages. She is conscientious, polite, and respectful. We first started working with her when she was on the nursery staff at our church, but continue to call on her if we need evening or weekend babysitting. She is great!
