I have been working with children since I was in middle school. When I was 13, I started as nanny to three boys over the summer. Then in high school I worked in the Lifetime Fitness Kid's Center for over two years. I primarily worked with the infants and toddlers, but I also gained experience working with all ages. While I was home in the summer I was a nanny/mother's helper to twin babies. They were 7 months old when I first started. I watched them five hours a day every weekday. Currently I am in my second year in college at the University of Pittsburgh working towards my social work degree.

Nellie is truly an exceptional caregiver and our absolute favorite. We were introduced to her through a mutual acquaintance and immediately felt grateful. She began caring for our daughter at age 3, and over the past two years, they’ve built a wonderful bond that continues to grow. Nellie embodies everything we look for in a caregiver: she is engaging, responsible, and consistently provides enriching experiences. She often arrives with new coloring books, crafts, or activities to keep things fun and creative. Her communication is excellent—she shares thoughtful summaries of the day and keeps us informed about any concerns. Nellie is punctual, proactive, and even great with dogs, which is an added bonus for our family. We feel incredibly fortunate to have her in our lives. Without hesitation, we give her a 10 out of 10 and highly recommend her to anyone seeking a caring, reliable, and creative babysitter.
