During the pandemic, I stepped back from full-time childcare as I transitioned to living in the south suburbs. Nellie was like part of my family and a wonderful nanny! She did an amazing job of taking care of my baby twins, and my preschooler. She was a loving and maternal presence for them, while keeping them engaged with lots of walks and fun activities. She also took initiative in keeping the house spotless. I was so lucky to have Nellie and could depend on her when I was working like I was still at home. She was great at communication and was happy to do things the way I preferred. We were lucky to have Nellie from when my twins were babies up until they went to school. I would highly recommend her to any family!
