About Nelena

I have been working in child care for a little over 10 years. I am responsible and kind as well as understanding with children of all ages. I have taken care of children as young as newborns and as old as preteens. I am available full time if needed and for weekends I am flexible. I'd describe my personality as energetic, patient, and attentive. I like working with kids because they have such a positive outlook on the world. They are happy to do anything whether it is to color or play with blocks and their imagination is endless. I'm looking for a job that will allow me to help children grow with age appropriate learning activities and skills. I started working with kids when I was 16 years old. In my spare time, I like to sing and dance, paint, make jewelry, swim, and go on walks. My skills include age appropriate developmental activities, assisting in speech development, and decision making skills.
