About Ndeye

I'd describe my personality as caring, fun, and kind I like working with kids because working with kids helps me learn new ways of caring. I also love being able to be the help that I did not have growing up. I'm looking for a job that I can feel comfortable and fulfilled in. And it's my passion to be a caretaker for people. In my spare time, I like to cook and watch films. I am the chef of my family and have a love for culinary arts. Additionally, I love watching films because they teach me a lot of lessons as a visual learner. One thing you should know about me is that I am deeply committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and developmentally supportive environment where every child feels valued, heard, and encouraged to grow at their own pace. My skills include patience and emotional regulation. I'm also really good at communication and listening. I have some knowledge about child development so i'm always making sure I have an understanding of children and their needs.
