About Nawaal

During my CNA clinicals, I had the valuable opportunity to work closely with senior residents in a long-term care facility. This experience taught me not only essential clinical skills such as assisting with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring patient safety, but also the importance of compassion, patience, and communication. I learned that every senior has a unique story, and taking the time to listen to them builds trust and improves the quality of care. I also gained a deeper understanding of the emotional, physical, and cognitive challenges many seniors face, and how dignity and respect are critical in supporting their well-being. Overall, my clinical experience deepened my commitment to becoming a CNA and reinforced the value of providing holistic, person-centered care.
