About Nautica

Hi! I'm Nautica, a patient and dependable sitter with passion for both kids and pets. I currently work at an elementary school, so I'm used to busy schedules and lots of energy! Whether it's playtime or homework help, I'll always make sure your little ones feel safe, happy, and cared for; along with doing my best to provide my own crafts or activities when I can :) I'm looking for work that's fun and engaging. I love connecting with families who value the care I give and creating a positive, comfortable space for kids. I'm also always open to keep learning and growing along the way. I've been working with kids since I was 14, babysitting for friends and family and now work at an elementary school. Which provides plenty of hands-on experience. One thing to know about me is that I'm big on positive reinforcement, I always encourage effort and help kids feel proud of themselves. I also like to keep screen time low & focus on hands-on activities, games, and outdoor fun.
