About Nautica

My name is Nautica, I have spent the majority of my career leaning as much as I can especially when it comes to being a good guide. I fell in love with the Montessori method, which has helped me build the self confidence of the children I work with. We do normal everyday tasks, but I can also help with teaching your child how to read, write, and speak with confidence. I am International Montessori method educated (MACTE), lead guide in a formal school setting, nanny and frequent babysitter for repeat families. Strategic thinking skills, relationship building, top tier communication. These are a few of the qualities I have, I have several personal references along with several professional references upon request. I'd describe my personality as loving, determined, and curious I love working with children because I love having a hand in helping the world grow. I believe every child is capable of amazing things.
