About Natosha

I am a certified educator with a Master's degree in Special Education and extensive experience supporting students with diverse learning needs. My experience includes supporting students in reading, writing, math, and executive functioning skills through classroom instruction, small-group intervention, and one-on-one support. I use a structured yet flexible teaching approach that combines explicit instruction, guided practice, and positive reinforcement. I believe every student can succeed when instruction is tailored to their unique learning style, pace, and goals. My background in developing and implementing individualized education plans allows me to identify barriers to learning and adjust strategies to help students make measurable progress. My goal is to build both academic skills and self-confidence, helping students become independent, motivated learners.
