About Iris

Unlocking a student's unique potential drives my approach to education. With six years of experience, I focus on building confidence and fostering a genuine love for learning rather than simple memorization. I empower students to develop critical thinking skills by breaking complex problems into manageable steps. I adapt my teaching methods by actively observing how you interact with new material, utilizing visual aids, discussions, and hands-on practice. Because I have experience with challenging students, I prioritize clear communication to build a collaborative environment for both you and your parents. My greatest reward is witnessing that "aha!" moment when a difficult concept finally clicks. I hold a college degree and am available to support your academic goals in Math, Science, Test Prep, and beyond. I am deeply committed to helping you succeed and truly look forward to celebrating your progress together.
