Experience: 6 yrs
I have over 10 years of experience working with children and adults with special needs in a school setting while living in Palm Springs. I also have experience with G-tube feeding. I also spent five years caring for a 40-year-old woman with cerebral palsy, providing individualized care. Skilled in using an electric Hoyer lift for safe transfers between bed, wheelchair, and shower. Used a wheelchair accessible van. Most recently, I worked with a hospice patient, providing medication administration, oxygen support, patient care, and safe mobility assistance for transfers between bed, wheelchair and companionship. Married with a strong family-oriented background, proud mother of two adult children and grandmother of two grandchildren.
Naty is exceptional in every way! She cared for my mother during her hospice journey and remained by her side until the end of her life. Words cannot adequately express the level of care, compassion, and dedication she provided. From the moment she became part of my mother’s care team, she treated my mother with dignity, kindness, and genuine affection. She was far more than a caregiver—she became a trusted companion and friend whose presence brought comfort, reassurance, and joy during an incredibly difficult time. She consistently demonstrated and exceptional sense of urgency and attentiveness in meeting my mother‘s needs. Whether responding to changes in her condition, coordinating care, or simply ensuring her comfort, she always acted with professionalism and genuine concern. My mother‘s well-being was always her highest priority. Her responsibilities were extensive and included administering breathing treatments, assisting with medications, performing bed to chair. Transfers, helping with toileting needs, managing, PureWick placement, and hygiene, preparing meals, and providing daily personal care. She also worked closely with hospice nurses, actively participating in visits and helping to ensure continuity of care. Beyond these essential caregiving duties, she coordinated visits with family and friends, helping my mother, maintain connections and quality of life. Throughout her employment, she was an outstanding communicator. She kept our family informed, promptly shared concerns, and collaborated effectively with healthcare professionals. Her judgment, reliability, and attention to detail gave us tremendous peace of mind. Perhaps most remarkable was her unwavering dependability. She never missed a day of work and worked tirelessly to provide the highest level of care. Even during challenging circumstances, she remained patient, compassionate, and fully committed to my mother‘s comfort and dignity. I will always be grateful for the extraordinary care she provided during one of the most important and vulnerable periods of my mother‘s life. I would recommend her highly without reservation and consider her a member of our family. Any individual or family would be incredibly fortunate to have her as a caregiver.
