About Steven

I have over 8 years of hands-on caregiving experience, primarily working with a paraplegic man who had cerebral palsy. I supported him in all aspects of daily living - bathing, dressing, transfers, meals, companionship, and end-of-day care. That experience taught me patience, consistency, and the importance of treating every client with dignity and respect. I'm currently employed with a company that assists adults with mental disabilities, but I've realized what matters most to me is forming a lasting bond with one person rather than being switched from client to client. If I find the right person to care for full-time, I am ready and willing to transition from my current role. My goal is to provide dependable, compassionate care while becoming a trusted companion, bringing reliability, empathy, and a strong commitment to helping others live as comfortably and independently as possible.
