About Nathan

I'm a hospital-based Patient Care Technician with experience in med-surg and inpatient psych units. I work regularly with elderly patients, including those with dementia, fall risk, and behavioral challenges. I'm CPR/BLS and CPI certified, and trained in trauma-informed care, crisis de-escalation, and mobility support. I assist with hygiene, meals, meds, and companionship, and I'm comfortable working with clients with both medical and mental health needs. I approach care with patience, respect, and calm presence, always focused on safety and comfort. I'm flexible with scheduling and available for afternoon, evening, overnight, and respite care. I enjoy building trust with clients over time and creating a supportive environment where they feel secure, seen, and cared for. I understand how hard it can be to ask for help, and I'm here to make that process feel a little easier-for both the patient and their family.
