About Justin

I'm Justin, a caregiver with over seven years of experience supporting individuals and families across home care, hospital, surgical, and mental health settings. My surgical and acute care background provides strong infection control, organization, and efficiency-skills that support safer, smoother recovery at home. I'm attentive to cleanliness, routine, and early signs of change. I'm mental health and trauma-informed, allowing me to care for the whole person. I'm patient, calm, and skilled in emotional support, de-escalation, and assisting individuals with anxiety, cognitive changes, or behavioral challenges. Having worked across many specialties, I can recognize health progressions early and communicate concerns clearly. I am currently working toward a dialysis certification to better support clients with complex medical needs for families.
