Working with children is rewarding because they have so much to teach us. If I had to describe myself in three words, they would be caring, patient, and responsible. What I value most in a child care job is mutual respect, as well as open communication and support from parents. When we work as a team, children benefit the most. Empathy: I always try to see the world through the child's eyes and understand how they are feeling, which helps me connect and guide them better. 3. Problem-solving: Whether it's resolving a conflict or handling an unexpected situation, I think calmly and creatively to find solutions that keep things running smoothly.
