About Nate

I graduated high school with a 4. 2 GPA and scored 35 on the ACT. After high school, I earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering with a Minor in Studio Art, graduating with a 3. 9 GPA. After graduation, I completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Alabama, finishing with a 3. 8 GPA. I have a strong understanding of foundational scientific and mathematical topics. I have passed 6 semesters of biology, all levels of Calculus, and 5 semesters of Physics. In all of my studies, I have never earned below a B- average in a class. Beyond my academic skillset, I am also a thoughtful teacher. In my many years of schooling, I have noted what makes a great teacher and what makes a poor teacher, and I refuse to mimic the traits of a poor teacher. Beyond STEM experience, I love literature, art, and history, and am happy and eager to help students with these topics too. Lastly, I am conversational in Spanish and can teach at a beginner and intermediate level.
