About Nataliia

I have over 10 years of personal experience helping and spending time with my grandmother, so I feel very comfortable caring for older adults. I am kind, patient, empathetic, and attentive to details. I can help with light household tasks, prepare healthy meals, spend quality time together, accompany them on walks, and go with them to appointments or doctor visits. I can also do light exercises with them if their health allows it. I am also an art and painting instructor. Throughout last year, I worked as an art instructor for children's mental health, supporting children who had experienced war. Art can be very calming and relaxing, and I believe it can be helpful and enjoyable for older adults too. I truly enjoy supporting people, creating a peaceful atmosphere, and helping them feel cared for, safe, and respected.
