About Carmel

I am an experienced and compassionate senior caregiver committed to treating every person with dignity, patience, respect, and kindness. I have hands-on experience assisting older adults with daily routines, mobility and exercise, meal preparation, grocery shopping, light housekeeping, laundry, companionship, and maintaining a safe and comfortable home. I am CPR/BLS and First Aid certified and a Certified Kidney Coach, with additional experience in health education, caregiving, advocacy, and working with families. I am dependable, observant, organized, and communicative, and I pay close attention to changes in a senior's daily needs and well-being. I believe seniors should be supported in maintaining as much independence as possible. My goal is to provide reliable, respectful care while helping each person feel comfortable, valued, active, and connected--and giving their family greater peace of mind.
