About Natalie

I am looking for a full-time position in your home (ideally 40-45 hours/week). I am a compassionate, reliable nanny with 10 years of experience with children of all ages. I am about to graduate from Lawrence University in June with a BA Psychology degree. I use my background in developmental psychology when working with children, incorporating Montessori and respectful parenting approaches as well. I aim to be caring while still upholding boundaries, in order to keep kids safe, learning, and having fun! I love doing activities with kids, adapting to their age and their interests. My goal is to support the whole family in their journey of raising children. I decided to defer graduate school for a year, so for the right fit, I could provide care through summer of 2026. I have my own transportation and can drive kids wherever parents need. I love animals so I would be very comfortable with pets being in the home.
