I have 2. 5 years of hands-on experience working with children and adults with developmental and behavioral needs, including autism, Down syndrome, and cerebral palsy. I am trained as a Teen Aide and have worked as a Behavioral Aide, providing one-on-one support, assisting with daily routines, and following individualized care and behavior plans. I focus on creating safe, calm, and supportive environments while encouraging independence and positive behavior.
