About Natalie

I like working with kids because it gives me a strong sense of reliability, and I take pride in my responsibility. I throughly enjoy building a strong connection and safe place for children. I started working with kids when I was a junior in high school, where I was a student aid at Sinsheimer Elementary during the summer school curriculum. I have watched children for friends that needed care in a pinch. In my spare time, I like to spend time outdoors, hiking and enjoying the beach. I also own a horse, so whatever time I get I spend with him. One thing you should know about me is I am very respectful of everyone's values and have a flexible schedule. I am very time considerate and a great communicator to achieve the best care. I'm a problem-solver by nature. My skills include great attention to safety, making it a priority. Secondly, communication skills are very important to me. Lastly, child engagement is a great ability of mine, providing age appropriate activities.
