About Ava

Hi, I'm Ava! I've worked in childcare for 6 years and have experience with children of all ages. From as young as 4 months to 13 years old, including those with learning disabilities. I also have a strong work history in child development from working in coaching, teaching and structured play. Through these experiences, I've grown to love the playfulness of being surrounded by kids and encouraging them to become confident, independent individuals in a safe space. For the last few summers I've worked at a soccer camp, and have coached since 2022. On top of that I regularly worked with at least 4 families in my hometown for childcare. More about me, I enjoy spending time outdoors, teaching, playing sports, and doing seasonal crafts! I would describe my personality as kind, responsible, and creative. Families should know that I take safety, communication, and reliability very seriously and always strive to create a fun learning environment where parents and children feel supported.
