About Natalie

Hi there! I am Natalie and I have about six years of hands on childcare experience working with children from 3 months to 13 years old. I began in a busy daycare caring for infants and toddlers, which taught me how to stay calm, organized, and attentive in a fast paced environment while still making sure each child received individual care. I later transitioned into private in home care where I've been able to build strong, long term relationships with families! I truly enjoy creating a calm, supportive environment where children feel safe, understood, and encouraged to grow. I focus on balancing play, routine, and learning while helping kids build confidence and navigate big emotions in healthy ways! That is something that is very near and dear to my heart. I'm currently studying psychology and child development. I'm reliable, CPR and First Aid certified, have dependable transportation, and value open communication with the families I work with.
