About Natalie

Empowering students to reach their full potential is at the heart of my teaching practice. With 5 years of teaching experience , an additional 5 years of tutoring, and 4 years of lived experience in Latin America, I hold a graduate degree and specialize in English langauge arts, ELL and Spanish language instruction for students ranging from elementary school to the college level. I believe in fostering a love for learning by building confidence through personalized support. By actively listening and varying my strategies-such as using visual aids or real-world examples-I adapt to your unique learning style. I break complex problems into manageable steps and celebrate every small success to keep momentum high. I prioritize clear, consistent communication with both students and parents to ensure a collaborative environment. Seeing a student's confidence grow as they master new skills is the most rewarding part of my work.
