We hired Natalie as our caregiver for the day for 3 children while we were on vacation in Virginia. She communicated regularly prior to the job, arrived on time with a bag full of fun activities and toys, and the kids absolutely LOVED her! Natalie is engaging, warm, and can keep up with many kids at once. They never got bored! Would highly recommend as a fantastic short or long term caregiver for both infants and older children!!!!
