I interviewed Natalie for a week when we needed coverage, but then ended up not needing her for that time period. I would definitely hire her if she's available in the future. She's friendly, accommodating, professional, organized, mature, and I just know my kids would be in great hands with her. She's a lovely person and hopefully we can hire her in the near future! I really enjoyed chatting with her. Would recommend if you need a sitter!
