We just finished interviewing nannies for our part-time position for a 6-month old and a 2 year old. Natalie was definitely at the front of the pack of all the nannies who applied to my position (>20 nannies). Although we ended up going with another nanny for the position, the decision was extremely difficult and felt like splitting hairs. I called Natalie and told her I put her in my phone as a backup. She could not have been nicer. She was professional, caring, and loving. Whichever family she ends up with will be lucky!
