About Natalie

Hello! I am 21 and beginning at age 12, I have cared for children of all ages-from infants to teens-as well as children with special needs. My background has given me the skills, patience, and compassion necessary to create a safe, supportive, and fun environment. Over the years, I have taken on a variety of childcare roles, from occasional babysitting to full-time nannying. These experiences have allowed me to adapt to each child's unique personality and developmental stage while maintaining routine. I take pride in fostering creativity, encouraging independence, and handling challenges calmly and effectively. I am currently an Independent Insurance Agent in the pursuit of a career in Midwifery, I come from a family of 10 children so craziness is not new to me! My hobbies include paddle boarding, dancing and fitness. I have a love for being around kids and on my free time love to spend time with my 17 nieces and nephews!
