About Saayeh

My childcare experience includes both personal experience and formal education. My formal training includes coursework and lab work in early childhood cognitive development, attachment theory, and nutrition. I assisted a Speech Pathologist for children within the Autism spectrum. In my personal life I spend time with children in my family ages 7-15. I cared for siblings and cousins most of my life. Traits to expect from me: Calm under pressure, comfortable problem-solving independently and on-the-spot, clear communicator, consistent, and always looking for ways to teach and play creatively with children. I am separately available for tutoring in Spanish, English-Literature, Biology, Psychology, and Health/Nutrition sciences for Elementary through High school ages. I also tutor in early childhood reading and math fundamentals. I like to incorporate play in nature/outdoors when possible. Open to negotiation of schedule.
