I hired Natalie to be a full time nanny for our son who was 12 weeks to 18 weeks until he started daycare. She's great with babies and really had a lot of fun with our son. And she was great about keeping his toys and things cleaned up, diapers stocked, bottles sanitized, etc. She is very punctual and she would call if she was even running 2 minutes late. She's knowledgeable about infant development and I highly recommend her.
