Hi, I'm Natalie! :) I hold a B. A. in Political Science with a minor in Education from UC Riverside. I have years of experience working with youth ranging from newborns to young adults. My career background includes childcare, mentoring, coaching, and providing academic and behavioral support in classroom settings. I currently work as a paraprofessional supporting special education students. Previously, I was a full-time nanny for two years (I actually got hired on this app!). While I am no longer in that role, I've maintained a close relationship with the family for over five years now which I believe is a reflection of the strong rapport I build. I bring compassion and authenticity to everything I do. I'm motivated, hardworking, and deeply committed to making a positive impact wherever I go.
