Hi! My name is Melina and I'd love to help out with your special needs family member. I understand the difficulties having a family member with certain needs; growing up with a sibling born at 24 weeks gestation, I am familiar with a wide spectrum of mental and health needs. I have also tutored special needs students in middle and high school for over five years, including getting some non-active students out and about, happily! I generally find there's a deep understanding between special need folk that I am more familiar and patient with their own needs than a lot of other caretakers, and they find I am more of a sister to them, rather than a caretaker.
