About Natalia

My current role is a Special Education Paraprofessional at Rocketship Rising Stars aiding students with moderate to severe behavioral challenges in the school! Most recently I have been employed as a Registered Behavioral Technician. I have retained approximately four years of experience working in ABA clinical, home, school and community settings with children between the ages of 2 to 19. I have vast experience working with children with extensive support needs in various environments. Previously I retained Crisis Prevention intervention training to assist providing high quality, safe and effective interventions to children with moderate to severe maladaptive behavior challenges. Passionate advocate for cultivating children's knowledge of autonomy, and learning to navigate the environments around them.
