About Natalia

Hi all! My name is Tal, and I use they/them pronouns. With eight years of experience spanning ages two weeks to 12 years, I've honed my skills in creating a nurturing and engaging environment. I got my start in childcare as a nanny in 2017 and have been working with babies and young children ever since. From late 2018 to 2020 I worked at a Montessori School as an aide and substitute, as well as camp director. For the past few years I have been a nanny as I work towards getting my degree. My passion for childcare extends beyond basics, as I thrive on fostering creativity through developmental activities and crafts as well as ensuring outdoor adventures are part of the learning experience. I am committed to providing a safe, supportive, and enjoyable space for your little ones to grow and thrive. I also love pets and feel comfortable working with and around animals. I recently finished a position with twins and am looking for a new family that's the perfect fit!
