We love Nashelly! We decided to start daycare which is why we did not renew her contact. Nashelly cared for our twin girls for a year, from 3 months old to 15 months old. She was very responsible, taking initiative in organizing age appropriate activities, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and ensuring the safety of our children at all times. She helped us transition from formula to milk and solids, created menus, and suggested developmental toys, medicines, and products she used with other families. She treated our children as she would her own, shown by example through her son. We were excited for and enjoyed the days he would come to help and play with our girls. Nashelly always was professional, arrived on time, communicated effectively and often, and was flexible with our scheduling and adjusted to the changing needs of our family. We highly recommend her and know she will make a wonderful addition to another family.

Nashelly has cared for my two twin boys for the last 2.5 years - from 3 months old to toddler hood. In that time, she has become a valued part of our family. Nashelly is our night nanny for our 1 month old baby boy. She is patient and amazing. As a first time mom it's nerve wracking to have someone watch your baby, but I feel very secure when he is with Nashelly. I would definitely recommend her!!

Nashelly has watched my twin little boys for the past 6 months, starting when they were 3 months. She has been wonderful. Caring for two at such a young age can be very demanding, but Nashelly handled their care with grace and flexibility. We feel very comfortable having her watch our kids. She is always willing to pick up extra hours at late notice to help us out, and has even watched the boys for us on the weekend while we attended a wedding. I know our boys love her and we will full confidence would recommend her services - she will do an amazing job.  

Needed a babysitter very last minute and Nashelly came through.  Our baby had a great time with her and she followed the schedule we left.  Very happy and will call her again.

We have gone the au pair route so our daughter can learn my husband's native language, so we are having to say good bye to our nanny Nashelly. This was a short term job, but she knew this when she started with us this past January when I went back to work. She started with us when my daughter was seven months and she will be 15 months at the end of this work term. She worked 40 to 45 hours a week and a few times has babysat on the weekends for us. She's been great with our daughter, especially when it comes to food. She gets her to eat things we can't! (she's a bit picky, but my parents would say it's karma!). She takes her to the park and goes on walks daily. She's great at reading\understanding what our daughter is asking for and let's me know what the clues are. I get text pictures almost daily from "Good Morning Mommy!" to "Someone is eating cucumbers!". She reads and sings with our daughter. If we need her to do something different or focus on something in relation to our daughter, she's good at following through with our requests. She speaks both Spanish and English. She has her own transportation and has run small errands for us or drives our daughter to the park or museum. Nashelly is certified in CPR. She has a son that has been at the house of few times when necessary, but it's not been an issue and our daughter pretty much squeals/laugh when she sees he's come to visit. She would make a great addition to any family!

Nashelly is the best nanny anyone could ask for after having my 2nd child I was extremely upset about going back to work and leaving my 16 month old and my 2 month old then we met Nashelly and she made everything so much easier for me my kids love her they are now 8 and 7 and still want her to babysit when my husband and I have stuff to do and she also takes her care of my 2 yr old also and of course she's always the first to invite to out birthday parties.

Nashelly did a wonderful job caring for our son.  She took care of him when he was 5 to 14 months old.  She was always loving with him.  She was also a great help to us around the house.  We made a big move while she was working for us and we couldn't have managed it without her!
