I had the pleasure of meeting Silvia while my daughter played with the child she nannied at various local play places and local play grounds over the years she was the family. Silvia was consistently attentive, caring, and fully engaged. Unlike many caregivers I observed, she was never distracted and always focused on the child in her care. It was clear that she genuinely cared about the child’s well being and took an active role in encouraging appropriate play and growth. If Silvia didn’t already have a family to work with I would have asked her to work with us! I offered to leave her a review because of how impressed I was with her and her relationship with her nanny child. She is awesome!
