About Nashay

I am a patient, fun, charismatic, and nurturing caregiver with nearly a decade of experience working with children, beginning in high school. Supporting and engaging with kids has always been a true passion of mine, and I take pride in creating a safe, positive, and enriching environment for every child I work with. I am currently a college student pursuing a path toward becoming a social worker, and I have completed coursework in human development and social services. My education has strengthened my understanding of children's emotional, social, and developmental needs. In addition to my general childcare experience, I also have hands-on experience working with children with special needs. I am attentive, adaptable, and committed to meeting each child where they are, ensuring they feel supported, understood, and valued. I strive to build strong, trusting relationships with both children and families, and I am dedicated to providing reliable, compassionate care.
