About Jennifer

Hi families! My name is Jennifer, and I have over 6 years of experience working with children in a variety of settings. I'm a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), which has given me strong skills in supporting children's development, encouraging positive behavior, and creating structured, nurturing environments. I've worked as a teacher's assistant with first graders and have also substituted as a Spanish teacher, so I'm very comfortable helping with early education, routines, and learning activities. I love incorporating fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities that help children grow both academically and socially. In addition, I'm CPR and First Aid certified and hold a Child Development Associate (CDA), so safety and child development are always top priorities for me I would describe myself as patient, dependable, and energetic. I truly enjoy building strong connections with the children I care for and creating a safe, positive space where they feel supported and happy.
