About Cassidy

Hi! Caring for children is something I'm truly passionate about. I love creating a safe, nurturing environment where children feel loved, confident, and free to explore the world around them. With over four years of experience working with children of different ages and abilities, including three years as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), I've learned that everyday moments are some of the best opportunities for learning. Whether we're at the park, baking, solving a disagreement, exploring nature, or trying something new, my goal is always to ask, "What can I teach in this moment?" I love helping children build confidence, independence, emotional regulation, problem-solving skills, kindness, and curiosity through real-life experiences. I strive to become a positive, dependable part of each child's life while building a trusting relationship with the whole family.
