About Nancy

I offer college-level academic planning and executive functioning support for neurodivergent students, including those with ADHD and autism. I am autistic and have ADHD myself, which helps me understand both the academic and personal challenges students may face. I support college students with organization, time management, assignment tracking, deadline planning, and breaking larger projects into manageable steps. My goal is to reduce overwhelm and help students feel more confident and in control of their academic responsibilities. I take a patient, supportive, and strengths-based approach. I care deeply about creating a safe, encouraging space where students feel understood and supported while building skills that promote independence and long-term success.
