About Nancy

My name is Nancy , and while my resume primarily showcases my work in recruiting, operations, and administrative roles, a significant part of my life has been dedicated to caregiving. I have years of hands-on experience caring for children from newborns to 10 years old. Much of this came from my time working at a rehabilitation center where I supported mothers in recovery by caring for their little ones. I provided nurturing support-from feeding and changing infants to creating structure and routine for older children-ensuring both the children and their mothers felt safe and supported. In addition to childcare, I have a strong background in healthcare. I have a clean driving record, and previously worked as a CNA, which equipped me with the skills to provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients of all ages, including the elderly. These experiences have taught me the value of empathy, patience, and being fully present with those I care for.
