Nancy has filled in for our full time nanny on an as needed basis quite often this year. She is extremely reliable and always there when we need her. Her communication is excellent. She is very punctual and almost 100% of the time shows up early. She has always done everything we've asked and kept our children safe. We are always comfortable leaving our kids with her and are confident that they're well cared for when she is with them.
