I served 4 families as a nanny from 4/2019- 3/24; 3 of the families moved out of state. One of those families I served for 4 years! I worked between 30-50 hrs/week typically serving two families at a time, both families, p-t hours. The only time I had to quit working for a family is when I personally moved an hour away to where we live now, in Stedman area of Fayetteville. Took some time off establishing a new home! I am excited about finding the right fit with 1 family that needs someone anywhere between 20-30 hrs/wk. We can even have a week to week schedule if that's what you need! If you need a few more hrs some weeks, I can definitely work with you. Rates: $18/hr 1 child; $22-2; $25-3 have never raised my rates! Started at those in 2019 and they were established by the family I served for 4 years with 2 children and then a precious baby was born my 3rd year with them! Blessings, Lisa

She is very sweet and kind with the kids- loves to help them learn. My son had some behavioral struggles and she was very patient and good with him- both of my kids and I became close to her and miss her. The only reason I didn’t give a five star rating is because of missed work with short notice a few times. Life happens, and we came to an understanding and were both very flexible with each other.
