Nancy brings a level of ENERGY and TRUST that is unsurpassed by anyone else we've worked with. Don't let the grey hair bias you, she has boundless energy. We hired Nancy two years ago when our daughter was 1 and our son was 3. She was always playing with the kids: toys on the floor, play-doh on the table, swing set outside, books on the couch, she did it all. Perhaps best of all is how deeply she loves being a nanny. She's never checking social media or messing with her phone like younger caregivers--her focus is 100% on the kids. We have complete trust in Nancy; she's never let us down. The only reason we had to discontinue services was because our daughter went to preschool this year. We were heartbroken that she wouldn't be around regularly because she was a beloved member of the family. She has excellent communication and is very adaptable. I strongly encourage you to interview her, get my contact information and hear how great she is from me personally. And then hire her!
