About Nancy

Nancy was an excellent caregiver to my Mother at the senior apartments. She is a very capable healthcare assistant as well as able to do light housework, including preparing meals, doing laundry, cleaning floors and counters, and taking care of trash. Fortunately, Nancy was also extremely helpful in taking Mom to appointments when work required that I be elsewhere and Nancy helped me provide 24/7 care when Mom had a week-long hospital stay. (I would never leave a family member unattended during a hospital stay no matter how good the hospital) Nancy is personable and caring. Mom does not hear well so sometimes did not hear or understand Nancy, but communicating by texts to arrange schedules worked well. My Mother's friends recommended Nancy and she worked for us for almost a year.. However, when my Mother's long-term care insurance kicked in, we had to start using home health companies preferred by the insurer, but recommend Nancy to anyone who needs a very capable and reliable caregiver.
