About Nancy

I am a retired dietitian who spent the last 10 years of my career as the Community Dietitian for an elder care agency in Boston where I did home visits. During that time I also worked as a companion for the elderly for 3 years. I left to move home to be a part time caregiver for my mother for 8 years before moving here. In both my work and personal life I have helped the elderly maintain their independence. Currently I work part time as a cashier at Publix where my role involves helping people have a happy shopping experience. I am a caring, friendly person who is dedicated to my job and genuinely likes helping people. I have glowing letters of recommendation from both former managers and clients. I enjoy walks in nature, sight seeing and growing vegetables. I look forward to helping seniors again to maintain their independence with help around the house like laundry, tidying up, light meal prep, socializing, help with mobility and perhaps getting the client out of the house.
