About Nancy

I'd describe my personality as patient, outgoing, and empathetic. I like working with kids because I enjoy helping the learn and grow especially with their curiosity and discovery of new things. I find it rewarding to be a positive and supportive presence in a child's life by creating a safe space for them. I started working with kids when I was on my summer break from school in 2024 and became a basketball camp coach for Youth Evolution Sports. I coached kids from 3 years old to about 12/13-year-olds. In my spare time, I like to watch movies, play board games with my mom, hangout with my cat, or be outside in the fresh air. One thing you should know about me is I just recently graduated with my Bachelor's degree from California State University Monterey Bay with a major in Humanities and Communication with a concentration in Legal Studies. My skills include being fluent in Spanish, excellent communication with children as well as with parents, patience, and empathy.
