I have been working with children from ages 4 months old to 15 years old for 24 years. I can manage more than one child at a time. I have worked at elementary schools as a tutor, worked at daycares and currently at private homes. I have 10 years of nanny experience. I have taught Spanish and Math classes to preschoolers. I have also experience in potty training. I love to coordinate activities, games, arts and crafts.

The first time we met Ruby, my daughter hugged her within minutes. My daughter has enjoyed every moment with Ruby since then. Ruby is kind, trustworthy, and great with our daughter. Her love for working with children is reflected in her excellent work ethic and childcare skills. Ruby's communication skills and creative ideas for activities inspires learning and fun while keeping our child safe. Ruby has great passion and the qualities of a wonderful, caring nanny. We highly recommend Ruby.

Ruby is very attentive, energetic, and kind. She is helpful in making recommendations for how to best care for our baby and makes sure each day is fun!

Ruby filled in for us during a crucial time when we needed to bridge the gap between leave and daycare. She was absolutely fantastic with our son.

Highlights -
- She's was with our family for 6 months, our baby boy (start age 6m, now 12m) absolutely adores her!
- Arrives on time every day.
- Is very good about helping me as a first time parent through baby transitions (going from 3 naps to 2 and now 1, starting solids, introducing straw cups, getting him on a consistent schedule) and I felt very prepared for day care.
- Is so creative with sensory activities, art activities, and socializing the baby at the playground.
- Does not use screens, and doesn't need to! Their days are completely full of various activities!
- She previously worked as a daycare professional prior to becoming a nanny (she had full time families before us), and has great previous experience.
- Spanish speaker and would do songs and stories in Spanish with my son.
- Cleans up after herself and my son throughout the day.
- Shares photos and details of what she did with my son and leaves us cute and creative art projects she did with him.

Ruby is a fabulous and experienced nanny. She was knowledgeable creative and extremely helpful with our 1.5 year old daughter. She knew how to keep our girl happy and exploring from moment one. We would happily have her help again. She even brought her own supplies such as chalk and bubbles to keep our girl excited and enthusiastic the entire day. Ruby was an easy fit with our routine and knew even more than we did about nap time and even potty training. We loved Ruby and recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a great fun and extremely experienced nanny.

We hired miss Ruby for our 10 month old daughter for two weeks in Aug 2022. Our overall experience was very pleasant. We would definitely continue with her if not for my daughter's daycare admission. She is punctual and understood our needs very well. She was hands-on with my baby and created a report at the end of each day. Walks, baths, giving her food and milk, singing to her and playing with her are few of the many things miss Ruby did diligently. Her experience and qualifications show in her work and conversations :)

Ruby is very responsible and attentive to the needs of the kids. My kids always looked forward to her craft projects and they absolutely adored her! My daughter has food allergies and Ruby was always so careful with her food. I felt comfortable having her as my nanny from Day 1.

Ruby was excellent with my 3 girls. She kept them on a schedule and made clear expectations for them to help them thrive during the day. She was caring and kind and they took to her quickly. The house was always tidy and neat when she left and she made them nutritious meals when she was there. I highly recommend Ruby!

Ruby has proven to be a wonderful addition to our children lives. She has a vast array of knowledge that she acquired from her experience in working with children, and her education in child development. Ruby is very trustworthy and shows a great deal of compassion when interacting with children. She is reliable, accountable, and can positively impact the lives of the children she works with. I highly recommend her for any childcare needs.

Ruby is responsible and smart. She cares for others.

Ruby is a great person she is responsible, she loves working with children, she really loves her job, and whoever hires will not regret it.

I highly recommend Ruby for any job working with children. She has been an excellent role model for my children and a kind and nurturing babysitter. A very energetic individual, she was always able to get my girls to focus on their homework and do their very best. Any time one of them had trouble with homework she would patiently explain it until they were able to understand.

Ruby is a very caring and lovable person. Especially when caring for others, she also takes others into consideration all the time. Ruby also makes it a priority to be on time and to take out time out of her day to be as organized and dependable as she could be. She is very trustworthy and honest, she truly makes everyone feel safe and comfortable. I am sure that if you were to ever meet Ruby you will be in the hands of an amazing friend!

Ruby is great with kids! Very patient and trustworthy. Always on time and flexible with our time schedule. Her outdoor activities are the best! But most important she's very caring.

Ruby started working with our family when my son was 5 months old. She helped me to get him on a schedule and continued to help me adjust his schedule as he grew. He loved The days he spent with Ruby. Ruby also helped us with some cleaning and kept everything so clean.

Ruby is my neighbor's nanny of many years. My daughter used to play at their house under Ruby's supervision frequently. I also chatted with her regularly when picking up the kids at school. My interactions have been very positive with her. She was on time, responsible, and even made sure homework got done.

Ruby is a kind and warm human being. She always finds a way to communicate clearly and demonstrates to care deeply for children.

My husband and I worked with Ruby for over 10 years, and our daughters, now 8 and 12 years old, were well taken care of and raised to be responsible and gentle. We cannot thank her enough for all of her work over the years.

The pandemic of 2020 changed so much of our lives and my husband and I are both working from home for foreseeable future, but otherwise we would've kept working with Ruby. We have seen her excellent work on 10 mos old baby as well as patiently dealing with a tween girl. She is dependable and also a great safe driver. We are happy to provide you with more information as her reference, so please ask Ruby.
