Hi! I'm looking forward to meeting new families and helping kids succeed! I left the elementary classroom in May of 2023 after 9 years with my district. My long term goal is to be able to pursue children's counseling or behavioral therapy. I have a very flexible, part-time remote position with a company that sells physical therapy equipment. I enjoy the remote work and flexibility, but miss the small group teaching aspect of my previous job and watching kids "get it" and grow in confidence! I have an EC-6th grade generalist cert. with a supplemental ESL in the state of TX. I attend professional development courses to maintain my certification. I have experience teaching all elementary grades and subjects and tutoring M. S. core subjects. I am outgoing, organized, patient, creative, and reliable.
